Beyond a few headlining dates on the festival circuit, it doesn't seem as though The Killers have been up to much lately, but that doesn't mean the band's frontman Brandon Flowers isn't buzzing with plenty of activity. Today (Feb. 24), Flowers an**unced that he will be releasing his second solo album The Desired Effect this spring.
