Elle King makes one thing abundantly evident on Love Stuff : ?When I?m good, I?m good but when I?m bad I?m better.? The bluesy, rock-and-roll singer/songwriter and banjo-playing badass comes out guns blazing on her RCA debut album where she bravely bashes bad-boyfriends and makes ** apologies for her ballsy brand of blond ambition. In 2012 King, busted onto the music scene with the release of her critically acclaimed four-track EP, THE ELLE KING EP. Her song ?Playing For Keeps,? was quickly featured as the theme song for VH1's Mob Wives Chicago and chosen for the national TV ad campaign for Mad Men establishing King as a modern-day Janis Joplin and a new force to be reckoned with.
