Award-winning U.K. festival Bestival -- see what they did there? -- has an**unced the first phase of artists who will be joining the 2015 festival on the Isle of Wight off the southern coast of England. The first two headliners are The Chemical Brothers and "Born Slippy" band Underworld along with Duran Duran.
