Chris Brown fans, you may be seeing the "Loyal" singer sooner then you might have thought. He took to Twitter last night (Feb. 6) to an**unce that he had completed the final 100 hours of his court mandated community service and as a result, his tour with Trey Songz and Tyga, the "Between The Sheets" tour, will commence shortly.
