Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj have some explaining to do. The pair have been teasing a possible relationship for awhile, and rumors of the two being an item re-surfaced in December when Mill was released from prison. Mill was is featured on two tracks - "Big Daddy" and "Buy a Heart" - on Minaj's The Pinkprint, and the two have been photographed together before. The new Instagram picture, which doesn't confirm or deny a releationship, has Mill giving Minaj a kiss on the cheek, Rap-Up **tes.
