Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda, born Ackquille Pollard, is being thrown back into the fire just after it appeared the "Hot N***a" rapper had caught a break. A few days ago, it was reported and confirmed by Shmurda's attorney Howard Greenberg that Pollard would have one of the gun charges against him dismissed. According to a report in "XXL," which spoke to Kait Cornell of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor's ******, this was only temporary and the charges are **w being brought up in the larger narcotics case from a June 2014 incident.
