So much for that insider statement the other day about Emile Hirsch being the nicest guy on Earth -- or maybe he is, as long as he stays sober. Unfortunately, while partying at the Sundance Film Festival last weekend, the actor was accused of getting into a physical, drunken altercation with a woman that ended when the police were called. It also reportedly was **t some accidental scuffle either because the actor at one point had Dani Bernfield, a Paramount exec, in a headlock.
