Just three days after launching a Kickstarter campaign to record and release their fifth and final studio album, legendary girl group TLC has reached its goal. After initially asking fans for $150,000 for the untitled new album, the "Waterfalls" group has surpassed its goal by over $20,000... with some help from **ne other than Katy Perry.
