News broke yesterday that Bobby Shmurda (whose birth name is Ackquille Pollard) had been arrested at Manhattan's Quad Studios, the same site where Tupac was first show 20 years ago, along with several members of his GS9 crew. Today the public has learned what he has been charged with. The "Hot N-a" rapper has been charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree, conspiracy in the second degree, three counts of conspiracy in the third degree, two counts of criminal possession of a ****** in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia (intent to sell and possession of narcotics).
