Car recovered from water in Saihat

A car was recovered from the waters of Saihat Corniche. Eastern Province Red Crescent spokesman Fahd Bin Othman Al-Ghamdi said the Red Crescent received reports from the Civil Defense of a vehicle submerged in water.
