Last month, DJ Mister Cee resigned from Hot 97 for the second time. The radio disc jockey recently an**unced that he has picked up a new gig at Radio 103.9.Mister Cee an**unced his move in a statement released to "XXL.""I am excited, humbled and blessed to be back on the radio with the new Radio 103.9 in New York.
