Car was declared a total loss by insurance
She must not have realised it was her fault.
Well now that’s quite a pickle, I mean there you were minding your own business driving at less than the 30 limit when suddenly some crazy ass comes out of no where, over the give way and gets you and the parked car for a multiplier. Her insurance is going to love her.
And she was found at fault right…… But how fucking dare you!!
I hate how her initial reaction is “how fucking dare you” not “are you okay?”. Materialistic objects are replaceable, life isn’t.

This is why in the U.S. we put stop signs at intersections so people can blow through those at a high rate of speed and almost kill someone instead.
Seriously though, if we had intersections that weren’t merges where someone merely had to yield and not by necessity stop people would be crashing into each other multiple times daily at such junctions.
I’m not familiar with the road signs but how does one determine right of way in those intersections. My apologies, I can’t see any “stop signs” and not familiar with the driving laws.

Similar happened to my daughter on Friday night at a give way with a box junction, guy entered it without giving way and with no exit of box junction clear as traffic was there, hit daughters car(she had right of way) and started the “didn’t you see me” line, she has some injuries as she was doing around 20mph but will be ok in a couple of weeks, her car totalled also.
Glad you’re ok, metal can be replaced, she has a potty mouth to be sure. I think some people live in a different reality, 1 where they think if they shout and swear it makes them right(regardless of road signeage etc).
