Demi Moore has no shortage of amazing fashion items, but it\u2019s her SisiDogCouture dog carrier sling<\/a> that she uses for her fur baby Pilaf that has caught my eye.\n<\/p>\n

As a dog mom to a little pup, I can attest that it\u2019s something every small dog owner needs. In fact, when my puppy Minni was less than 2 pounds, I bought a sling carrier from Amazon<\/a> that looks similar to Moore\u2019s to tote her around New York City, a difficult place to navigate when your dog is tiny and extremely precocious. My dog carrier and similar styles are available at Amazon, all for less than $25.\n<\/p>\n

At 7 pounds and approximately 15 inches long, Minni isn\u2019t as tiny as Pilaf anymore, but I still use this carrier to keep her close when we\u2019re on crowded subways, walking through busy neighborhoods like SoHo, or at a pup-friendly bar. She\u2019s grown so much since we first got the carrier, and she still fits in it. The carrier includes a strap that hooks to her harness and a safety buckle that slides in place to make sure she\u2019s secure (in other words, she can\u2019t fall out when she\u2019s being rowdy).\n<\/p>\n

Sometimes after we\u2019ve come home and I\u2019ve taken the carrier off, I catch Minni just resting in it. I also appreciate that it\u2019s reversible with a black and white gingham pattern on one side. It looks so similar to Moore\u2019s, except it\u2019s less than $15 on sale right now.\n<\/p>\n

I love the look of this pet carrier because it most resembles a crossbody bag that I could wear every day. It has a slim front pocket for a phone, keys, ID, and cards, and it still has all the safety features you need to keep your pet in place. Plus, when it gets saturated with smells from the dog park or doggy daycare, you can just throw it in the washer.\n<\/p>\n
