Saoirse Ronan<\/strong><\/a> has something to say about that misspelled tattoo Ed Sheeran<\/strong><\/a> has!<\/p>\n During a recent interview on The Graham Norton Show<\/em>, the 23-year-old Lady Bird <\/em>actress says that having \u201cGalway Grill\u201d instead of \u201cGalway Girl\u201d tattooed on the 26-year-old Grammy-winning musician wasn\u2019t her fault.<\/p>\n \u201cIt wasn\u2019t my idea to do the bad spelling!\u201d Saoirse<\/strong> declared. \u201cHe\u2019s been saying to people at his gig that I misspelled the word \u2018Girl,\u2019 but I didn\u2019t! The tour manager in Dublin \u2014 we\u2019d had a few drinks during the show, because he did two shows in Dublin after we did the music video.\u201d<\/p>\n Back in May, Saoirse<\/strong> starred in Ed<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cGalway Girl\u201d music video<\/a>, and during the video Ed<\/strong> had the title of the name misspelled on him \u2013 which he found to be a huge joke, but has been totally blaming<\/a> Saoirse<\/strong> for misspelling it.<\/p>\n \u201cThe tour manager was going by, and he was like, \u2018You know what would be gas? If you misspelled the word Girl and tattooed somethin\u2019 else onto him,\u2019\u201d Saoirse<\/strong> continued. \u201cSo, we did \u2018Galway Grill\u2019 instead. We got a tattoo artist to come in at 12 o\u2019clock at night, in Dublin, during a birthday party that was being had in town. This poor guy \u2014 he came in, and he was terrified. This poor fellow was having to tattoo onto Ed Sheeran\u2019s arm, the arm he plays the guitar with.\u201d<\/p>\n Watch the interview!<\/p>\n
