In February, CBS debuted its latest spin-off from the series The good woman<\/em> franchise, Elsbeth<\/em>. The series plays Emmy winner and Broadway alumnus Carrie Preston<\/a> As Elsbeth Tascioni, a sharp but unconventional lawyer who uses her simple stance to make unique observations and brilliant criminals along the NYPD, “according to the official summary. The Investigative Murder Society Series also plays Broadway artists Wendell Pierce<\/a> (Death of a salesman<\/em>and Carra Patterson<\/a> (Jitney<\/em>).<\/p>\n

The show takes place and films in New York. Fortunately for us, it means an abundance of Broadway artists who appear Gaster. In commemoration of last night’s season final, Playbill watched the entire first season (now streamed on paramount+). <\/p>\n

Below are some of our favorite comos of actors who walked the boards on Broadway. Elsbeth <\/em>was renewed, so we are excited to see what stage favorite season 2 will appear! Maybe a reunion with Christine Baran<\/a> or Audra McDonald<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Whether you live in the Big Apple or not, we all know the old saying: “You can’t choose your neighbors.” In the second episode of Elsbeth<\/em>a luxury co-on-board Upper East Side knows the phrase all also<\/em> well. Tony winner Linda lavin<\/a> Does the president of the building play out of hell, who are her neighbors to point to … murder? And to play her black mutton boy, taking verbal and psychological abuse of the Witch of the Upper East Side Greg Hildreth<\/a> from the recent revival of Company<\/em>.<\/p>\n

And in a high-climb-como, Tony winner Jane Krakowski<\/a> Play Joann, a high-powered estate agent with wealthy customers … and even bigger secrets!<\/p>\n

Episode 3: “Reality Shock”<\/h2>\n

When one of the stars from a knockout Real housewives<\/em>The reality show is electrocuted in her bath, who can be the killer? Could it be a fellow co-star? Or can it be Tony winner Jesse Tyler Ferguson<\/a> As the Creator and Manufacturer of the Reality Program? Good thing that Elsbeth is on the matter.<\/p>\n

Episode 4: “Love Knocked Off”<\/h2>\n

Love is not easy and it is even harder to find it in a big city. Paloma Garcia-Lee<\/a> Play a demanding, self -obsessed, socialite that asks the moon when it comes to her love life. Will her luxury matchmaker be able to find a game for her, or will she have to use other measures to make her client happy?<\/p>\n

Episode 5: “Ball Girl”<\/h2>\n

We all know about stage moms, but what about sports dads? Blair Underwood<\/a>which recently appeared in the Tony-winning revival of A soldier’s play<\/a><\/em>gas stars as the father of an upcoming tennis player who will make his son come out on top of the US Open … in any way needed!<\/p>\n

Episode 6: \u201can ear for an ear\u201d<\/h2>\n

Beauty is pain … and so is murder! When a famous plastic surgeon is found dead on social media, her former boss and mentor played by Gina gershon<\/a>be investigated. Can her cold and unbound mindset be a sign of a killer? Or can she simply not be bothered? Last year it is responsible for the investigation Parade <\/em>Tony nominee Micaela Diamond<\/a> As a detective Edwards, who is not too happy to have Elsbeth invaded in her case. Will Diamond’s character take help or fight? <\/p>\n

(Ps: Diamond’s character returns to episode 8 as the main detective on the investigation into the death of a reporter.)<\/p>\n

Bartenders, they are the cheapest therapists on the planet. From the previous season A doll house<\/a><\/em> revival, Arian moayed<\/a> Play a bar owner and mixologist -to -wise that goes above all his favorite customers. As his favorite patron by an old bully ghost. Will he be her streaking superhero or an illegal vigilance?<\/p>\n

Episode 10: \u201cA Final Final\u201d<\/h2>\n

In the first season final of the series, they called in the big guns! Who could have done this if a photographer was killed during a fashion show? Was it stage favorite Laura Benanti<\/a> If the outgoing supermodel with a confusing Madonna-like British accent? Or could it be the legendary fashion designer and mentor, played by the iconic Andr\u00e9 de Shields<\/a>? Which Tony winner did this? You just have to look to find out.<\/p>\n
