Wells and J. Frankie Pierce and their battle for suffrage for Black ladies would be the matter of a panel dialogue on Friday, Sept. 18.<\/p>\n<p>The panel will discover how Wells\u2019 and Pierce\u2019s life\u2019s work contributed to the battle for girls\u2019s suffrage and the way their legacies inform Black ladies and civic engagement in our communities in the present day.<\/p>\n<p>The panel will embody:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sen.
