Fans, family and loved ones woke up to the shocking news of Ashraf Sinclair\u2019s passing on Tuesday (18 February).<\/p>\n

Yahoo Lifestyle SEA earlier reported<\/em> that Malaysian actor Ashraf Sinclair passed away at the age of 40 after suffering from a heart attack, according to news site Liputan6.com. He married Indonesian actress Bunga Citra Lestari in 2008 and they have a son, Noah Sinclair.<\/p>\n

His brother, Adam Sinclair, shared on his Facebook page that there will be funeral prayers at a mosque in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail in Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is with deepest regret to announce the passing of my beloved brother, Ashraf Daniel Sinclair, this morning in Jakarta,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThere will be a solat jenazah ghaib <\/em>today for Zohor at Masjid At-taqwa Taman Tun Dr Ismail.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven though he and my immediate family will not be there, most of my relatives will be there.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is one of my favourite people, and I am very fond of him as I know a lot of you are too. Please do attend to send him off with love, respect and kindness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sinclair also added there will be another round of funeral prayers tonight at Surau Sec 3 Shah Alam.<\/p>\n
