Wendy Williams is facing backlash after telling gay men to \u201cstop wearing our skirts and our heels\u201d on her talkshow Thursday, adding that they will never \u201cbe the women that we are.\u201d<\/p>\n
On Thursday on her Hot Topics show, Williams was talking about Galentine\u2019s Day, a holiday made popular by the TV show \u201cPark and Recreation,\u201d in which the ladies of the show went to brunch together on Valentine\u2019s Day to celebrate the other women in their lives.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you\u2019re a man and you\u2019re clapping, you\u2019re not even a part of this. You don\u2019t understand the rules of the day. It\u2019s women going out and getting saucy and then going home. You\u2019re not a part,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

You can do a lot that we do, but I get offended by the idea that we go through something you will never go through. And stop wearing our skirts and our heels.
