Will Samsung, LG, Vizio do more to protect privacy?<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Enthusiast sites have already posted leaks of product photos and details of the Samsung devices.\u00a0Max Weinbach, who writes for the Android fan\u00a0site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xda-developers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-t-l=\"|inline|intext|n\/a\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">XDA-Developers\u00a0and has posted screenshots of the devices, says the top-of-the-line Galaxy phones will feature the highest resolution and specs of any major smartphone camera to date and will try to address issues some consumers have had with photos on the Apple iPhone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gnt_em gnt_em_tw\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-method=\"loadTwitter\" data-v-id=\"1224046716376309765\" aria-label=\"Twitter Embed\"\/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;Sometimes, moving images can be blurry,&#8221; he says. &#8220;Samsung is going to address that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">There will be three editions of the Galaxy S series, he says, skipping 11 through 19 and going straight from 2019&#8217;s S10 to the new S20.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">In general, all three editions will have larger pixels on the camera sensor, which will enable the smoother photos and the top of the line Galaxy Ultra will have a whopping 100X zoom telephoto lens, something that has been lacking on iPhones.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gnt_em gnt_em_tw\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-method=\"loadTwitter\" data-v-id=\"1224348342806691840\" aria-label=\"Twitter Embed\"\/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;It sounds like Samsung is basically trying to improve in all the ways the iPhone doesn\u2019t do well,&#8221; Weinbach says.\u00a0&#8220;A lot of pictures are blurry with movement, so fix that. You can shoot on the iPhone in every mode but big zoom. So Samsung has an answer for that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">All three Galaxy phones are expected to work with the new, faster 5G networks the wireless companies are introducing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside aria-label=\"advertisement\" class=\"gnt_m gnt_x gnt_x__lbl gnt_x__al\"\/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">But the star of the show could be the phone the enthusiast sites say is named the Z Flip.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">It&#8217;s a flip phone, like we used to use decades ago, except that it&#8217;s expected to be a smartphone. It&#8217;s similar in design to the Galaxy Fold, which Samsung introduced in 2019,\u00a0Weinbach says, except half the size. The Fold is a phone that, when extended, basically is the size of a tablet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The Z Flip is a small device that when folded can easily fit in a pocket or purse, and extends to 6.7 inches when unfolded, he says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;It&#8217;s really aimed at young millennials, the influencer crowd,&#8221; he says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Weinbach says he&#8217;s come across screenshots of the phone available in pink, silver,\u00a0gold and black.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gnt_em gnt_em_cp\" aria-label=\"You may also be interested in\" data-c-cta=\"DIG DEEPER\">\n<div class=\"gnt_em_cp_cw\"><img class=\"gnt_em_cp_cw_i\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gannett-cdn.com\/-mm-\/5c8bf163d61d56de560dacb3f845b9116f1adc6e\/c=118-0-2003-1414\/local\/-\/media\/2020\/02\/07\/USATODAY\/usatsports\/accountant-running-numbers-taxes-getty.jpg?width=258&amp;height=193&amp;fit=crop&amp;format=pjpg&amp;auto=webp\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gannett-cdn.com\/-mm-\/5c8bf163d61d56de560dacb3f845b9116f1adc6e\/c=118-0-2003-1414\/local\/-\/media\/2020\/02\/07\/USATODAY\/usatsports\/accountant-running-numbers-taxes-getty.jpg?width=516&amp;height=386&amp;fit=crop&amp;format=pjpg&amp;auto=webp 2x\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Despite Apple&#8217;s position shipping the most sold specific phone, in the iPhone, Samsung is the all-around world leader for shipments of phones, moving some 295 million phones in 2019, according to market researcher IHS Markit Technology.
