This happened to me also. Get some leather straps, any sort will do, tie several together so that they form a bunch at one end whilst the other end is left loose. Kneel on the floor next to the Mac Pro, grip the leather straps in one hand tightly, then in a swift fashion whip the straps over your head and into your back hard as you can.
