A 14-year-old girl had to install cameras in her bedroom, after enduring years of alleged abuse at the hands of her father, as no one believed her.<\/p>\n

The teenager installed the cameras and captured footage of her father\u2019s alleged abuse leading to the arrest of 47-year-old Damon Becnel on January 2, according to ABC News.<\/p>\n

Becnel, from Florida, is a prominent local business owner, according to ABC7. The daughter took the footage captured on the camera to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.<\/p>\n

In the videos, Becnel is seen yelling at his daughter, threatening to hurt one of the two dogs, while holding an object, which the arrest report confirms is a knife, according to ABC3.<\/p>\n

Becnel then turns on the dogs, hitting one of the dogs across the head, before viciously lunging at the dog.<\/p>\n

The 14-year-old girl, who up until that point was quiet, pleads with her father and jumps in to protect the dog.<\/p>\n
