16 Jan<\/strong> \u2013 Former lovebirds John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao are soon to be reunited in a new movie, according to ABS-CBN News.<\/p>\n The network recently released its “Sama-Sama Tayo sa 2020” trailer to reveal its entertainment line-up this year, with the stars’ film project being one of them.<\/p>\n The upcoming collaboration, which is titled “Servando Magdamag” is based on the short story by renowned screenwriter Ricky Lee, who previously shared that the film adaptation will be directed by Cruz’s constant collaborator, Lav Diaz.<\/p>\n Nonetheless, the network has made no confirmation whether or not Diaz will be helming the project.<\/p>\n Aside from being the former couple’s reunion project, it also marks Cruz’s official return to the limelight after two years of hiatus.<\/p>\n It is noted that the actor previously made a guest appearance on the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, “Culion”.<\/p>\n Among other projects to be released by the network include the LizQuen series, “Make It With You”, Bea Alonzo and Richard Gutierrez’s “Kahit Minsan Lang”, the hit reality singing competition, “The Voice Teens”, the iWant series, “I Am U”, as well as the horror film, “Block Z” and Angelica Panganiban-Coco Martin rom-com, “Love or Money”.<\/p>\n (Photo Source: Star Magic)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
