Sawsan Badr apologizes for the festival El Gouna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight:bold; color:#990033;\">Cairo &#8211; Gololy<\/p>\n<p>Egyptian actress Sawsan Badr revealed that she underwent surgery in the past few days after the health crisis she suffered during the last period.<\/p>\n<p>Sawsan Badr apologized for not participating in the El Gouna Film Festival in its next session which will start this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause of a minor knee joint operation, and based on doctors&#39; reports that they should be comfortable,\u201d Sawsan Badr said in a statement on her Instagram website.<\/p>\n<p>She added: \u201cI regret my apologies for participating in the jury of the El Gouna Festival for this session, with my full thanks and wishes to the festival and its sponsors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Egyptian artist had previously expressed her pride after being selected as a jury member of the feature film competition at the third session of the El Gouna Film Festival.<\/p>\n<p>The artist Sawsan Badr, appeared during her participation in the consolation of the late artist Farouk al-Fishawi based on one of the people.<\/p>\n<p>El Gouna Festival announced during the press conference that the jury of the feature film competition includes Egyptian actress Sawsan Badr, along with the Palestinian Mai Al Masri, while the jury committee of the documentary feature film competition includes designer Nahed Nasrallah and director Marwan Hamed.
