My \u201chard work\u201d \u201clong wait\u201d \u201cwhat I deserved and earned\u201d \u201cmy dedication and loyalty\u201d \u201cStood by him\u201d ?
\nHe praised the woman I am. But he cheated, lied and was doing that during the time he texted me this. Survivors and victims you MUST remember that it is NOT YOU that did anything wrong even though it feels like a punishment. They did what they did because they are them; not because you are you. I will continue to share these personal messages for the sole purpose of healing and awareness. The most important thing I can do as a victim and survivor is share as much as possible to those that have ever doubted themselves in a relationship with a psychopath\/sociopath. It felt real, I know!!! You\u2019re not crazy or stupid or foolish. You believed in love and you believed the words of love coming out of the persons mouth that you were convinced loved you too; if not more!! Once you learn the lessons though, you cannot go back. I was still under the spell, still in the trauma bond even when I knew something was wrong with him. The trauma bond has a fierce emotional hold that defies all logic and sense.
\nI was being abused and honestly didn\u2019t know it at times. His \u201cloving words\u201d were abusive because they were LIES. Please educate yourself and spend as much time as you have to doing that. Thank you for being here.
