\nPLEASE DON\u2019T FORGET ABOUT THIS 7 YEAR OLD OWNER SURRENDER NAMED #MAXIMUS #A1488299 WHO WAS DUMPED BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR! They just recently put him in the display room with a senior girl named Glenda but took him out when Glenda left and put Dexter in there. So now he\u2019s back in a cage. Apparently the fact that he\u2019s the longest resident with no interest, doesn\u2019t seem to matter to the shelter. They obviously don\u2019t think his life matters! ?? PLEASE PLEASE NOTICE ME!!??? #MAXIMUS #A1488299 IS A 7 YEAR OLD SENIOR BOY OWNER SURRENDERED IN SEPTEMBER!!! Thankfully Chris the volunteer noticed him and here’s what he wrote…. #A1488299 – Poor Maximus. Apparently adopted as a puppy from the shelter only to be dumped back at the shelter years later. He looks to be in pretty good shape and sits on command with no hesitation. He probably grew up in a house with human interaction. Now he\u2019s been sitting in a kennel all alone since September with no idea that he\u2019s never going to see his owner again and no understanding of what he did wrong to be dumped at a chaotic shelter, sleeping on a hard floor with strange dogs barking at him all day and no real human attention or affection. When I took him out it was clear that he just wanted someone to pet him and play with him. Really nice dog. Seems to be fine with other dogs. Don\u2019t know about cats. He\u2019s getting no networking and no one even knows he\u2019s there.
