While the shelter issues pleas after pleas, without so much as a soul wanting to rescue him, Victor sits and waits. The issued pleas were for the following issues: dental fracture and puncture wounds. However despite his plea worthy circumstances Victor still enjoys participating in doggie playgroups, and having his photo taken by a professional photographer. Can we say \u201cGQ eat your heart out\u201d This handsome boy is Victor #A2034142, a male brown Terrier mix, approximately 8 years old. He was found in a horrible condition as stated above, but thankfully the shelter has been taking care of him the right way. See how gorgeous he is.. @sit.snap.save .
