Matt Roloff<\/a><\/strong> just bought a huge piece of land not too far from the family farm<\/a> \u2014 and the big purchase has fans guessing the property will be the Little People, Big World<\/em> patriarch\u2019s new love nest with girlfriend Caryn Chandler<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n According to court records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Matt, 57, bought the Hillsboro, Oregon property on November 6 for a whopping $345,000.<\/p>\n The reality TV dad took to his Instagram account to reveal the news.<\/p>\n PHOTOS: Brain Surgery, Car Wrecks & Painkillers: Inside \u2018Little People, Big World\u2019s Scary Medical Crises<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cI purchased a one-acre property with three different homes,\u201d Matt explained. \u201cI guess you can call it tear-down homes\u2026What we are doing now is a pretty significant clean up.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m probably going to tear these homes down and build a new home on a one-acre lot here not far from the farm.\u201d<\/p>\n As Radar readers know, Matt and Caryn discussed openly having a place of their own that could meet the needs of a little person.<\/p>\n PHOTOS: \u2018Little People\u2019 Pregnancy? But when an offer was made, he couldn\u2019t refuse.<\/p>\n \u201cAbout a month or so ago, I promised you all a complete tour of the house I fixed up,\u201d Matt wrote on Instagram. \u201cAt the time, I wasn\u2019t sure if I was going to move into it or sell it. I actually did a bunch of the work thinking it would be my home one day \u2014 then plans changed.
