Got tired of a person waiting for a half mile lead just to go.
I almost did this myself a few days ago, but turning right at a red light. The intersection is close to home for me, so I know it well and there are no restrictions at all for turning right on red. This Tesla in front of me (with its right turn signal on) just would not go, despite me blowing my horn several times. There was no cross traffic at all, so I decided to go around just when the cross traffic light turned yellow. When we got the green they floored it.
