Meet the comics coming to MIAMI GANGSTA: Alex Carabano @alexcarabano Alex Carabano is one of my favorite comedians in the New York comedy scene right now. He’s a superstar. Alex has a unique way of describing the Latin experience that is so relatable and so utterly hilarious. He’s Colombian, and as Brooklyn as it gets, raised in Sunset Park. He co owns two Latin themed vegan restaurants in NYC (if you haven’t been to VSpot, go and order the avocado fries!) and is absolutely destroying at comedy clubs across the five boroughs. He’ll debut his own HBO Latino special this year after winning a nationwide standup competition for English speaking comedians of Latin descent.
