I love people creep like this while I hang back behind the intersection, and then when the light turns green, I still pass them before they start going.
No matter how hard I try I can’t figure out what the heck was going through his head.
Whenever I see someone doing this at a double turning lane I let them go first. 9 times out of 10 they turn into my lane
People do this all the time at stoplights. I mess with them, by inching just to see who’ll move. It’s a fun game. Once in a while I rev my engine when I see a ricer and then let them speed ahead.
TBF the first few creeps looked like he just wanted to make sure he was at the line/close enough to trigger the light. Last one was bad lol
I see people do this kind of thing all the time in Philly. On lights that have delayed green lights while opposing traffic has a green, they put up signs that say “Wait for green.” I like to think it’s actually a dig on people that do this kind of thing.
I mean…. he DID run the light.
I had the same type of idiot for the same thing in a way smaller intersection so it was way worse. Never thought to post it my dashcam loop recorded over by now
Ah, New Orleans style. By the time it turns green, ideally you want to be half way through the intersection.
Got a light like that near me. Big intersection. Incredibly long light, most of which has no oncoming traffic whatsoever. Sometimes I’ve no tolerance for it.
My dad does the same thing- he’s CONVINCED there’s a pressure plate or sensor and “there aren’t timers on lights! It’s on a whole grid of sensors!”
