LPT: Look as far down the road as you can. If you only look at the one car, directly in front of you, you are not a good driver.

I would just permanently put a tow truck there and wait for the accidents to happen. Easy money.
i’ll never understand how a broken down car is so interesting to people, so many traffic jams i’ve been in to find the “problem” is a car with it’s hazard lights on. Not blocking any lane either, just sitting on the side of the highway.
I swear there’s some kind of phenomenon with this. There’s a roundabout on my commute and on the way home it just sneaks up on you somehow. Everyone knows exactly where it is, everyone follows the speed limit, the roundabout is in clear view, but every damn time it’s like everyone just has to stop quickly as traffic queues up, me included. I can’t figure it out, it’s like some optical illusion befalls us all.
