Rami Ayash talks about his cancer and how he discovered it

Lebanese artist Rami Ayash talked about the details of his cancer, which he discovered by accident.

Rami Ayash, during his meeting on the “One of the People” program, with the media Amr Al-Laithi, broadcast on the “An-Nahar” satellite channel, said: “I was in Dubai with my brother Shadi, I noticed a tumor in my back, and when I returned to Beirut I went to the doctor and told me that it was a tumor cancerous".

He added: "The news was leaked from the hospital and the media pioneers attacked me, and they said that I am looking for fame." He confirmed that the news was leaked against him, and that after analyzing the tumor it turned out to be benign.

Rami Ayyash had undergone surgery to remove the tumor, and he recovered completely, at which time he released his album "Ya Mashar Al-Aini", which achieved great success.

During the episode, he also talked about his charitable organization which has the name “Ayash Al Childhood,” saying that it is similar to the “One of the People” Foundation in Egypt.

He added that the association was established in 2009 and its first and last goal is to plant a smile on the faces and in the hearts of children and their families, all of which are hope and love that its message will spread throughout the world so that no orphan or child in need remains.

And he continued, that 2000 children in Lebanon were sponsored by the association in full, including living, teaching and health care, and 4,000 children in Morocco, stressing that humanitarian work comes first in his life and then art.
