Craig Beattie, a founding partner with the Perimeter Development Corp., shows off a rendering of what a commercial space at the corner of King Street West and Water Street North could look like following a $1-million facelift to get it ready for occupancy this spring.

The Perimeter Development Corp. is revamping 20,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space along King Street West that used to house an Eaton's store during the mid-1900s.
