The moment she decided she’s done with winter but it’s still early February. Those moments suck.
That would have come off the roof, not the hood. Hood snow comes to the windshield on acceleration, roof snow comes onto the windshield on decel.
Or put it in reverse hard and slam on the brakes
She’s so considerate cleaning the passenger side first
Meh, she looks like cleaning her roof is not a physical capability of hers. I’ll cut her some slack for this, especially since she cleaned it off right away.

Some people aren’t tall enough to clean it off the top of their car but they still have to go to work.
You must live in a place where the snow melts in between storms. My wife is from Minnesota, and no one does this. They all drive around with the frozen snow on the roof, everyone everyone, everyone:
On the freeway – yeah, no yeah
Around town – yeah, no yeah
In the parking lot – yeah, no yeah
The school bus going to school (because there is no snow days) – yeah, no yeah
On the way to the airport (because MSP flies all the time, on-time during Snowmageddon) – yeah, no yeah
Sliding down a hill on ice sideways to get to work (because everyone goes to work during Snowmageddon)- yeah, no yeah
The only vehicles on the road that don’t have snow on the roofs, are the snow plows
