Hey. If you’re the one driving or if that person sees this thread. I’m not saying you’d be put partially at fault, but just be careful with this stuff. If they can prove that you saw the car and didn’t do “enough” to avoid the collision they can put you partially at fault. And in some states that means that they won’t pay you for damages.
If you don’t see the car because your in a truck and that’s a blind spot, than good, and I wouldn’t put you at fault myself, but I just wanted you (and any body reading this) to keep that in mind when dealing with idiot/ jackass drivers. Insurance companies hate paying.
