Pasta Bake Monday ? After a fun (gin) filled weekend comfort food is very much necessary tonight!
Pasta Bake is always my go to meal when I can’t be bother to cook… I never follow a recipe I just open the fridge and throw all the veg in which never fails and is always delicious ?? • Make a @slimmingworld friendly tomato sauce – this one has 1x tin tomatoes, pasatta, 1x white onion, 2x garlic gloves, 1x carrot, 1x courgette 1x tin sweetcorn – I’ve also added @quorn_uk pieces but you can use chicken if you prefer ? Simmer until all cooked through and pre cook your pasta. Mix all together once cooked & transfer to an ovenproof dish.
