Cairo – Gololy
Lawyer Rehab Bitar, deputy head of the family of Mohamed Hassan Al-Mousa, who killed the villa of Nancy Ajram, in press statements, revealed the features of the second forensic report, to reveal the ambiguity of the case.
Rehab Bitar said that the second report revealed that the victim received 30 rounds, including one in the back of the head, which contradicts the first report, which was written with great neglect.
Rehab Bitar explained that the forensic report in the circle of the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, is now awaiting the end of procedures to receive the body and authorize her to be buried in Syria.
The lawyer of the murdered man said in a blog post on his Facebook page: “The first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon has agreed to hand over the body at our request and after the completion of the legal procedures in this regard, so that the medical committee completed its report after the body was discovered and handed it over to the investigation judge’s department.”
It also appealed to the Syrian embassy in Lebanon to quickly finish ratifying the decision to release the body.
It is noteworthy that Judge General of Appeal in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, charged with intentional killing of Doctor Fadi Al-Hashem, according to Article 547, whose punishment ranges between 15 and 20 years, but she sympathized with Article 229 of the Lebanese Penal Code that gives mitigating reasons so that he is exempt from Punishment if it is proved that he was killed in self-defense.
The first forensic report confirmed that the number of bullets that were found in the body of the dead Muhammad Hassan al-Musa was 18 rounds. He also revealed the places of separate bullets in his body, namely: one shot in the right forearm, two shots in the left shoulder, one shot under the left armpit, 3 shots. In the chest, two shots in the abdomen, 7 shots in the back of the body and on the back, and a shot in the left thigh.
