I wish pros had asked Ms. Whitmore to explain how it affects victims when the abuser makes threats towards the victim if they tell what is happening to them.
I’m extremely proud and star struck at the confidence and bravery of ability of this highly educated woman to bring such a tumultuous and bone jilting and emotional jarring cross examination professionalism that Alanna Hicks-King has in this case. She wis/was as cool, confident, level headed, clear as a bell, brave and strong enough to fight her own battles against this back biting attorney. I truly wish I could be trained to have the same mindset! You can see her passion in the work she provides!

first time I see the def attorney in fumes when doing the ONE cross! Anique was amazing and her analogies were really helpful and relatable to the jury on those traumatic events. Loved her honesty! Def attorney had nothing left to ask at the end,
Does it irritate anyone else when the defense says the child instead of saying LAILA?? Mull is an annoying defense attorney. She gets on my nerves. But her not using LAILA's name really gets under my skin. That innocent little baby deserves to be called by her name.

Damn Corinne sure AS HELL didnt want Mrs. Whitmore to testify as an expert!! shes REALLY making herself look like an idiot, horrible- grasping at everything and fighting anything!! This woman has been an expert witness in Federal court and also in many states and many counties. not to mention her extensive amount of education and experience. To say she shouldnt be labeled an expert in her field is asinine!

All of the state’s people that are testifying, seem to change up real quick when the ol defense attorney asks them questions, she is asking such dumb questions and everything they just testified too, I hope they are both found guilty!!!
To stand-by and watch or ignore abuse to a child is just as heartbreaking in hindsight.

All the experts watching this trial are in shock that Ms Mull would agree to represent both Jennifer and Joseph. They feel that it has been a bad idea for Joseph's guilt or lack of in this case.
Anique Whitmore was brilliant, qualified, easy to understand, knowledgeable. Mull tried to object to her by saying "I haven't heard anything that qualifies her as a child abuse expert" — Ms. Whitmore looked really surprised. Corrine Mull is steering a sinking ship.
I'm very impressed with Anique! She's brilliant, she knows her stuff, and she seems kind. I can imagine a child feeling very comfortable in opening up to her.
