The burning tree was real. I had similar happen at my farm. A cherry tree, it just grew long enough that one day it touched the electrical wires and it zapped it from inside out. Killed it instantly.(80 year old tree) And then began to burn from the inside…we had to call the power company to kill transmission to our house, then they sent fire department to put out the fire, next day, they cut the tree down in sections, it was a huge tree. But it was weird to watch it burn from he middle, and the zapping noises were kinda loud, like fire works.

9:53 – We have computer programs that can track the background of videos and isolate the video to make it still with the edges moving around and then you can composite over what ever you want (a space ship) and then reverse the motion tracking program to make a moving composite that looks like it was shot live. There is a video in Youtube called [TIE Fighter crash on highway] using this technique also. Search it in youtube. 😉
