Ummm from what I see the car driver is the ass. SUV applied brakes but we can’t see if the vehicle in front did as well. Then car attempts to cut off SUV and gets mad when the SUV doesn’t give way? You can hear the blind spot alarm go off on the car when she signals, so it’s definitely not safe to merge.
There’s not enough stopping distance between any of these cars…

Both the person filming and the person in the SUV are the idiots. One, getting on phone to record, passing and then switching back in an area that immediately causes the suv to be tailgating her and for her to almost tailgate the car ahead. Two, passing to the right to shove the person filming out.
