The 4Runner created a more dangerous situation by obstructing the flow of traffic in the passing lane. This result was traffic switching lanes, using the center lane to pass and passing on the right.
Lots of saints here criticizing speed & tailgating.
Perhaps an unpopular opinion but Cammer was passing in the appropriate lane at a speed that appeared to be under “reckless” levels (85mph in some states). I personally would coast into the 4Runner with the hope they get up to speed. They clearly suck though.
Minnesota has a left lane for passing only.
I was actively passing, this vehicle moves from the far right lane, while no cars were in front of her, went all the way across into the left lane and went 10mph under the speed limit and held to it and wouldn’t move.
I’d say dumbass. This isn’t idiotic enough.
There has to be a history between the two drivers. The guy cuts across three lanes to park in the passing lane. It had to be personal or a whole new level of idiot to what I am used to.
Not a desirable maneuvre but I’d be as pissed off as the cammer. Hope you let them know with a good honking as well.
They were in the wrong to change lanes in the way they did. You were worse by not slowing down when they moved to your lane and then tailgating them.
If by “actively passing” you mean speeding and driving with a reckless disregard for others, then yes.
