I think the real idiots are the construction workers without crossing guards, police or posted signs.
And both the aggressive driver* and the white car start speeding, so i would deem both of them aggressive in this situation.

It really did look like the tan Mazda sped up when the white VW tried to pass them…so it was some pretty bad driving…not sure it deserved being run off the road by a Constructicon.

Love how multiple people are saying the VW was in the wrong as well. The Mazda cuts the VW off and brake checks him/her. The VW is just trying to get away from that loser. Does that mean the driver of the Mazda deserved what happened? Probably not. Still a douche though.
