The funeral of the father of the popular singer Tariq Al-Sheikh was held in the Sharabia neighborhood in the presence of friends and family.

The solace witnessed the presence of a few art stars, including singer Hamada Hilal, Ahmed Al-Issawi, Sesame Shehab, the son of Shaaban Abdul Rahim, and a large number of Tariq Al-Sheikh's friends from outside the artistic community.

Tariq Al-Sheikh is an Egyptian folk artist born in 1972 in the Sharabia neighborhood north of Cairo. Tariq Al-Sheikh has been singing since his childhood and his upbringing in a popular neighborhood had a great influence on his artistic orientation as he chose the popular song.

The lyric poet Amal Al Tayer is considered the first discoverer of Tariq Al Sheikh, as he admired his voice and encouraged him to continue singing. Tariq Al Sheikh started from the beginning of his artistic career by introducing popular songs related to the concerns of the citizen.

Tariq Al-Sheikh released a set of albums that had started in 1995 with the album “Choose for You”, and two years later he would release the album “Ya Ayini Alina” in 1997, then the album “Sabrik Alya” 1998, and at the beginning of 2000 he released the album “Nafsy Ya Donia” followed by the year 2001 “on Bab Al-Jannah ”then“ Lovers ”in 2003 and“ I wish for you ”in 2004, and the album“ Wound ”2006 and“ Rahou ”2008 to be the last album in 2009 entitled“ Regret Your Life ”.
