Rajaa Al-Jeddawi: I am thinking about building my home decor in the hereafter

Egyptian artist Rajaa El-Gedawy said that the beauty of essence is more important than the elegance and appearance of any person.

She added during her meeting with the media Engy Ali, on the sidelines of the Aswan International Film Festival for Women, that she is largely reconciled with herself, and despite the criticism of her age recently, she insists on saying honesty and frankness because she does not have any problem with her age.

And she continued, that the old age moved her from the quality of the roles that she presented as a young girl to more comprehensive and larger roles such as the role of the mother and the grandmother, especially as she praises God every day for the blessings that she bestowed on her during her years of life.

Rajaa Al-Jeddawi confirmed during the meeting that life is only a transit from side to side, there are those who cross easily and those who cross hard, and the penalty comes in return, and that her greatest fear is that her life ends with something disgraceful to her history or her granddaughter or her daughter, Stressing that she cares about the Hereafter, just as she cares for the world, saying: “As you care about the décor of my house here, I am interested in doing my home décor there, and this is something I will not do other than with the good march and my dealings with our Lord and with people.”

The Egyptian actress revealed that she had never dreamed of having a son instead of her daughter, "Amira", who cares a lot about her affairs and takes care of her, because children are a blessing and that raising them reaps its fruit in old age, so parents do not feel lonely.

The artist Rajaa Al-Jeddawi was honored by the management of the Aswan International Film Festival for Women for her artistic career, and she expressed her pride in this honor.
