There was a video posted on r/watchpeopledie of a woman who did the same thing but her face hit the fork dead on. It was brutal.
ive heard that this happens because the forks are almost invisible from the position of the rider. never the less you should never go infant of a moving vehicle, dumbass.

My cousin did something similar years ago. Driving his motorcycle through a dimly lit parking lot that someone had put an unmarked chain across to “close”. He hit it with his neck. All sorts of spinal damage…

It’s not beyond measure…..it’s exactly at forehead level as this guy painfully learned
I’d say it’s about 5′ 10″.
I don’t know what I expected but that was not it.
Honeslty thought I watched a beheading.
On the plus side, there was no brain injury in this accident.

The crown of the helmet hit the bar, absorbed the impact and got knocked clear off his head. His head snapped back, he limboed the other bar and he’ll live to talk about it.
