In the national convention of ABVP, the youth paid humble tribute to Guru Tegh Bahadur.

New Delhi, November 26 (IANS). On the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the holy sacrificial birth of ‘Hind Di Chadar’ Guru Tegh Bahadur, a grand program was organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Delhi Province on Wednesday. ABVP Delhi workers took the holy water collected from the historic Gurdwara Shishganj Sahib at Chandni Chowk, the place of sacrifice of Guru Sahib, to the venue of the 71st National Convention of ABVP through a special Samman-Yatra. This holy water reached Dehradun from Delhi via Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. At every stop of the Yatra, local citizens, devotees and ABVP workers worshiped, welcomed and honored it with full devotion, reverence and humility. After this this water urn was installed in the General Vipin Rawat Main Auditorium of Lord Birsa Munda Nagar established in the Parade Ground. The arrival of this holy water adds more divinity and inspiration to the memory of the sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur. ABVP National General Secretary Dr. Virendra Singh Solanki said that Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji made the supreme sacrifice of his life to protect religion, truth, human rights and the eternal soul of India. His sacrifice is an eternal message of courage, duty and justice for all mankind. This holy water that came from Delhi is a symbol of the national upliftment of those values ​​in the convention. ABVP Delhi Minister of State Sarthak Sharma said that this water urn which came out of Delhi’s pride, Delhi’s faith and Delhi’s sacred heritage is a matter of utmost respect for us. He said that the sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji is not only the identity of Delhi but is a symbol of the spiritual strength and tradition of sacrifice of the whole of India. Sarthak Sharma said that ABVP Delhi is proud that we have played the role of a bridge to take this holy water to the youth of the entire country.
