In the retaliatory action taken by the police, the criminal Bholu Yadav (26), resident of Lakshmipur, police station Surauli, was shot in his right leg. His two companions Raj Yadav (20), resident of Manihari, police station Salempur and Nagendra Kumar (29), resident of Devbari, police station Barhaj, were arrested from the spot.
