The start of trading on the Dubai Stock Exchange on Monday morning was delayed for around three hours due to communication problems. The session started at 12.45pm after the Dubai Financial Market announced that it would carry out routine checks on the communication network with market participants. In a previous statement, the market said that some members were unable to connect, causing a delay in pre-opening trading. Trading on the Dubai Financial Market usually starts at 10:00 local time and ends at 15:00, and the exchange confirmed that the market will close at its usual time today.
