He conveyed this today at the 2025 Human Rights Development Planning Conference (Musrenbang HAM) at the Grand Sahid Hotel. Natalius said that Musrenbang HAM is a strategic forum that ensures that the direction of national development is aligned with human rights values ​​as mandated by Asta Cita. “The 2025 Human Rights Musrenbang functions as a national forum to ensure that human rights development priorities are translated into concrete plans, programs and activities that are developed in phases from the Regency/City Regional Government (Pemda),” says Natalius in a written statement, Monday (8/12/2025). He said that the 2025 Musrenbang HAM targets recommendations in the form of Succession Plans (RTL) for K/L/D. “This document will be presented to the UN in Geneva as an example of good practice in the development of technocratic human rights,” explained Natalius. At the same event, Deputy Minister of Human Rights Mugiyanto emphasized that Musrenbang HAM is a space for strategic cooperation between actors. “This forum brings together central and regional governments, the business world, academics and civil society to ensure that national development brings justice and equality in line with human rights principles,” he said. Mugiyanto explained that discussions in the 2025 Human Rights Musrenbang will formulate priority human rights programs for 2026 as the foundation for strengthening the national and regional human rights ecosystem.
