It’s called a bridge and guardrail
Reminds me of when I placed an icicle horizontally on top of a metal fence post on a sunny but otherwise cold day.
The sun melting the icicle allowed it to “slide” down either side of the metal post but remained frozen so it looked like the gag hat where an arrow seems to be going right through the wearer’s head.
That happened a few years ago and I always found it fascinating, hope y’all do too.
